Last day of the GRAND Opening!!!

Today is the last day of our Grand Opening.. We first would like to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of you for making us feel so loved and welcome. I have tell you starting this journey can be fun and scary at the same time, but you all have been amazing.. so THANKS!!

We have a couple of card to share with you today. Both have a couple of cute little chicks on them.

First up is Laurel's Clean & Simple card. The little chick is from the Priceless Joy set. The animals in this set are just so adorable I know you will have so much fun creating with them. The little chick is mounted on foam squares for some dimension, and the beak is layered as well. Tying it with some twine and ribbon is the perfect blend to bring it all together :)

Next up is Alison.

don't you just love teal and pink together.. I know I do.. for this card I used the Snow Much Fun set.. The snow and snow swirls and embossed, that bucket has a real metal handle with some twine around it.. I love that the bird is standing on it.. I am having a ball using these stamps.. I hope you will too.. We have a Flicker Group DOWN BY THE ALLEY we would love for you to join in with us.. place your creations there, and you never know when you will be featured on TAWS blog.. :)
Leave a comment here letting us know your favorite creation this week.. and a sentiment you would like to see on our next sentiment set. we will announce all the winners Monday.. and have some fun creations from the DT to show you as well..

I love the snowman card - I absolutely LOVE snowmen anyway. When my friends ask why I like snowmen so much I always answer, "Because they're warmer than the man I had!" So, I'd like to see a sentiment (It is still winter) that says, "I love snowmen because they're warmer than the man I had!"
