Absolutely beautiful cards - such rich colors and vastly different! I love quirky holidays - some of them have me rolling with laughter! And our favorite one we celebrate here at home is the first week of December 'National Cookie Cutter Day" - we make cookies, and the kids use their cutters for play-dough and painting :) TFS and inspiring!

Love the variety of lacy goodness in this set of doily stamps. Who knew a stamp could give such a delicate, detailed image? I think they look great with hand or machine stitching and ribbon.
My fave little-known holiday is "Family Day" which occurs on the 2nd Monday of Feb, here in Ontario. Parents and kids all have the day "off" to go play in the snow!

Such pretty cards! Doilies are SO IN!!
I agree with the poster before me. Since I am from Ontario too I love that we have Family Day to celebrate.

Beautiful set! I am in love with doilies right now! :)

It's not a holiday anywhere else, but I grew up in San Antonio, TX and we have Battle of Flowers Day every year during Fiesta -- all the kids are outta school and there's a HUGE parade and everything! Symbolizes the beginning of Spring to me! :)

I'm SO loving these doilies... I love doilies anyway, but these are so dainty and girlie, right up my alley... pun intended! {Waaahh waaaaahhh} Seriously though...fabulous creations from your talented DT! Each one is spectacular!

As for unknown holidays... one was just called to my attention this year, but it's going to be a tradition for my family now. National Joe Day 3.27 My husband and son are Joe's for real but this is a day anyone can be a JOE! Fun stuff..

Quirky holiday? I guess I will need to look some up and try celebrating!

Oh, I see there is celebration for the Kentucky Derby. I've celebrated that one for years, alone. No one else understands the excitment for 2 minutes.
